Refund policy

All products at Personalised Celebrations LTD are made to order and personalised specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

However, we will always make it right if:

• There is a print error or quality issue on our end
• The wrong item was sent
• Your order arrives damaged

In any of these cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at personalisedcreationsltd@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at no cost to you.

Design Approval Before we begin making your order, we will send you a design proof via email for your approval. Once you approve the design, we are unable to make further changes. Please review your proof carefully before confirming.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. After this window, cancellations cannot be accepted as materials will have been allocated to your order.

Turnaround & Delivery Please allow 1 week production time from design approval. Delivery times are in addition to this.
