Shipping policy

1. Delivery Timeframe Targets (Next Working Day)

For items handed over before daily cut-off times, standard overnight delivery targets are:

  • Business Addresses: By 9:00 AM or 12:00 PM (depending on the specific courier tier/service chosen).

  • Residential Addresses: By 5:00 PM on the next working day.

  • Rural / RD Addresses: + 2 to 3 additional working days beyond standard overnight delivery.

2. Order Cut-Off Times to Advise Customers

To ensure an item qualifies for next-working-day delivery:

  • Daily Same-Day Dispatch Cut-Off: Advise customers to place their orders by a specific time (commonly 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM) so your team can pack and hand the parcel to the courier before the afternoon courier pickup.

  • Final Courier Clearance: Parcels dispatched or dropped off after local post/courier clearance (typically 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM) will treat the following working day as Day Zero.

3. Weekend & Public Holiday Rules

  • Standard Overnight: Operates Monday to Friday. Orders shipped on Friday are delivered on Monday.

  • Saturday Delivery Option: If a customer orders on Friday and needs it by Saturday morning, they must select Saturday Delivery (generally delivered by 12:00 PM Saturday in major urban areas).

  • Sunday & Public Holidays: Couriers do not operate; orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day.
